2025 ANNUAL REPORT

TEAM DC • YEAR IN REVIEW

2025: Full Speed Ahead

Fueled by resilience and shared purpose, 2025 emerged as a year of renewal and growth for Team DC—bringing bigger moments, stronger collaborations, and an expanding community together like never before.

A Note From Team DC Leadership

2025 was a year defined by momentum. We strengthened the Night OUT Series, expanded membership, delivered another unforgettable Night of Champions,
and showed up for WorldPride and the Capital Cup with the kind of scale our community deserves.

We also embraced an important organizational evolution: Team DC is now led by an all-volunteer working board with no paid staff.
That transition isn’t just a change—it’s a commitment to shared ownership, stronger governance, and a broader base of leaders building Team DC’s future together.
